A versatile attorney, Christopher “Chris” Lane has operated a private practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, since 2002. He concentrates on matters ranging from employment law and workers’ compensation insurance to personal injury claims and real estate transactions. Outside of the professional arena, Christopher Lane runs with the Twin City Track Club.

A member of both the Road Runners Club of America and United States Track and Field, the Twin City Track Club promotes running and general fitness throughout the greater Winston-Salem area. The Track Club also supports charitable initiatives through various running events.

On February 18, 2017, the Twin City Track Club celebrated American Heart Month and the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign by sponsoring its second annual Red Dress Run. Under the direction of event host Angi Linville, the Red Dress Run encourages all participants, both female and male, to run in a red dress or skirt. Although the Track Club strongly recommends this unique dress code to add to the public visibility and fun of the event, the organization does not strictly require runners to don a red dress in order to participate.
