In private practice since 2002, Christopher Lane has focused on helping families and individuals reduce debt and save their homes through bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and other methods. Additionally, Christopher (Chris) Lane represents clients in cases related to child custody and divorce, personal injury, and workers compensation.
Chris Lane graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts in economics from Albion College in Albion, Michigan, before earning a law degree and a master of business administration from Wake Forest University. He began his career as an associate with Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, one of the largest law firms in the Southeast region of the United States. He then spent eight years as an associate with McElwee Firm, PLLC, where he provided corporate counsel for Ithaca Industries, Inc., and managed a portfolio of over 100 workers compensation claims. Apart from his professional responsibilities, he is a member of Clemmons United Methodist Church and enjoys training for marathons.
